Science

Science. It’s an important subject to take the time to learn more about and I have been doing just this lately…and enjoying every moment of it. ūüôā

My readings have broadened my understanding of the world around me and helped me to see how complex life really is and to appreciate the sacrifices made by those who made scientific advances. And, I have Dava Sobel to thank for this. It was Galileo’s Daughter that started it all and her wonderful books have whet my appetite to learn more about science.

Here are the science books that I have read so far. You can check out my reviews and if you have any science books to recommend, just let me know in the comments below.

Galileo’s Daughter¬†by Dava Sobel

The Planets by Dava Sobel

How to read the solar system by Chris North and Paul Abel

The Whole Story of Climate by E. Kirsten Peters

The Stargazer’s Sister¬†by Carrie Brown

Women in Science: 50 Fearless Pioneers Who Changed the World by Rachel Ignotofsky
