What is this about anyway?
Reading, Learning, Sharing and Living
It’s about sharing ideas, insights and observations from the books I’m currently reading. My hope is that others will also share their thoughts and that we can learn from one another.
I’m a former English major who still loves to read and to write about the books I’m reading. I’m a big fan of historical fiction and books that widen my understanding of history. I have also recently developed an interest in reading more about science. What books are you currently reading? Maybe we can encourage one another to read more widely and in the process see things from a different perspective. Come along on the Travel Logue for Books… My Book-a-Logue.

That’s awesome! I’ve only read a few of your posts so far and I liked them 🙂 And your review of The Little Paris Bookshop made me want to add it to my TBR list in 2016!

Hi. Thanks for liking my review of ‘Winter Of The World’. I’ve reviewed quite a few historical novels so I hope you get a chance to read some of the reviews – and some of the books too!
It’s great to see you encouraging people to read and to widen the genres that they dip into. I’ll be back to read more of your reviews. Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed your review of ‘Winter of the World’ and I will also stop by to read more of your reviews! It’s nice the way the book blogging community encourages each to read widely :).

Thanks! I like your blog and enjoy the focus you have on reading the ancient classics. It’s nice to know that they are not all “duller than dishwater”. Lol. Happy reading to you, too! 🙂
